About Us
Versatex, established in 2009, operates under our parent company, d.e. Foxx & Associates. Headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, the Foxx group of companies is minority-owned, employing over 2,000 people in nine states.
Our objective is simple: to save you time and money. By taking away the headaches that come from managing hundreds (or even thousands) of vendors, we free up procurement teams so they can better leverage their talents to focus on tasks of greater value.
